As Chef de Partie – Arabic Specialty, you will:

• Masterfully prepare and present traditional Arabic dishes, upholding the highest standards of quality and authenticity.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and culinary team to craft menus that reflect a true taste of Arabic heritage.
• Maintain an organized and hygienic workspace, ensuring food safety and quality at all times.
• Contribute to all aspects of kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooking, plating, and inventory management.
• Partner with other departments to create exceptional, seamless dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen, specializing in Arabic cuisine or similar.
