We are seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at La Petite Maison in London, Mayfair. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to LPM’s recipes and standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in the development of new menu items inspired by French Riviera cuisine.
• Manage kitchen station operations efficiently.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Support training of junior kitchen staff.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Excellent understanding of food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred.
