As our next Chef de Partie you'll enjoy the opportunity to work across our busy Bistro and Production Kitchen, giving you the variety and challenge to further develop your skills while working with an experienced and passionate team.
The Production Kitchen produces food for our iconic Tearooms, The Ballantyne Home Kitchen Range and Retail Pantry. This kitchen produces high volume and quality products in a varied and fast paced environment. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to Kin, our sixty-seat Bistro, offering a modern seasonal menu throughout the day and the venue for regular in-house events such as The Breakfast Club, Books and Bubbles, fashion and product launches.

This is a permanent opportunity with a minimum of 32 hours per week. This includes flexible hours, with a minimum of one weekend day a week with the occasional late night to cover exciting in-house events.
