Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu standards and hotel guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely completion of all food items from your station.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and development.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen stations.
- Manage inventory and control food wastage to optimize the kitchen’s efficiency.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering quality culinary experiences.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be currently in UAE
