Home to award-winning dining at The Galley Kitchen, as well as indulgent treatments at Spa Lucca, it’s a destination that celebrates both excellence and genuine hospitality.

We currently have a Full Time opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at The Galley Kitchen.

About you
You’re a team player who brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and pride to everything you do in the kitchen. With previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting, you’re confident under pressure and love creating dishes that leave a lasting impression.
You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment
• A collaborative and open-minded approach – always ready to learn and grow
• A commitment to producing high-quality food across a variety of styles
• High standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
• A current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A current Cert III in Commercial Cookery is essential for this role.
