• Assist with cost management: Contribute to controlling food costs, improving gross profit margins, and meeting departmental financial
targets
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest
standards of guest and team member wellbein
