Goode Brothers (Bethlehem) is searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll take charge of your own section, managing prep and service to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes every time. You’ll work closely with the Head and Sous Chefs to keep food costs on target, maintain standards, and help train junior team members. You'll also have the opportunity to host our popular Pasta School classes, confidently demonstrating techniques, engaging with guests, and speaking comfortably in front of groups to create a fun, interactive experience. This role suits someone with at least two years’ experience in a similar position and an NCEA Level 4 qualification in cookery. You’ll be confident running a section, managing timing and quality, and working as part of a tight, supportive team.
