We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to manage a specific kitchen station and ensure consistent, high-quality output in our Hawaiian-Asian street food kitchen. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain standards and lead your section with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
· Take full ownership of your assigned kitchen station during service
· Prepare and cook menu items to recipe standards and quality specifications
· Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers at your station
· Ensure mise en place is complete and the station is ready before each service
· Monitor portion control, waste management, and stock levels at your section
· Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year at CDP level
· Strong knowledge of cooking techniques relevant to the station assigned
· Proven ability to lead and motivate junior kitchen staff
· Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations
· Good communication skills in English
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in Asian or Hawaiian cuisine is an advantage
