· Plan and execute menus in collaboration with our senior team
· Manage ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis.
· Follow the directions of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
· Adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
· Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors.
· Running either a larder, sauce, garnish or pastry section.
· Collaborating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure delivery of high-quality food and service.
· To be present in the kitchen during all required services, providing support for the team
· To ensure you have the knowledge of product, menu and service, to the required level of excellence, continually developing and maintaining what we do.
· To understand the importance creating a good working environment to enable the team to meet the standards required.
· Maintaining high standards of hygiene, uniform and health and safety at all times.
· To undertake any reasonable requests made of you by the company including flexibility in hours, location and responsibilities.
About you:

· You have to have a flair and passion to achieve the highest of standards.
· You have to be flexible, articulate and have a desire to progress to the next level.
· You will be hard working, reliable, trustworthy and competent enough to work alone and have the experience and people skills to work within a team.
