We are seeking an enthusiastic casual Chef De Partie who has experience in a premium kitchen service to work within one of our restaurants. The restaurant works on a 7 day rotating roster and will require you to learn and develop skills in all sections of the busy kitchen operation.

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa was acquired in 1999 from the late Lord Alistair McAlpine, an English politician and aristocrat who fell in love with Broome and made the faraway Kimberley town his adopted home. McAlpine famously purchased the land upon which the Resort sits by signing the contract on the back of a beer coaster at the Roebuck Bay pub – a uniquely Broome beginning!
