About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and energetic Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team on a casual basis
In this role, you will help lead the effective day-to-day operation of the kitchen, working collaboratively with the wider culinary team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional service to our members and guests.

As a Chef de Partie, you will report to the Executive Chef and be supported by other senior members of the kitchen brigade. Dining options at RACV Noosa Resort include buffet breakfast in our Arcuri Restaurant, bar service for lunch and dinner, poolside dining, in-room dining, and our popular pizzeria overlooking the infinity pool.The resort also caters for large corporate groups through our conference and event facilities. Roster flexibility is highly regarded.
What you’ll need to be successful
Previous Demi Chef or Chef de Partie experience
A Commercial Cookery qualification, recognised in Australia
Demonstrated cookery experience with well-developed knife skills
Ability to thrive in a large, busy and fast-paced kitchen
Capacity to safely lift up to 20kg and perform repetitive manual tasks
