Prepare and cook continental dishes (Western cuisine) ensuring quality, presentation, and food
safety.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standard recipes.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the right temperature.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  
• Assist with inventory control and kitchen organization.
  
• Comply with food handling and sanitation standards

Main Requirements:

• Previous experience in continental cuisine.
  
• Knowledge of HACCP or food safety protocols.
  
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
  
• Team player with positive attitude.
