About the role

As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for running your section in the kitchen and supporting the team during preparation and service. You make sure dishes are prepared correctly, efficiently, and according to our standards. You are organized, hands-on, and able to stay calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• 
  Independently manage your own section during prep and service
• 
  Prepare fresh dishes according to recipes and planning
• 
  Maintain high standards in quality, presentation, and hygiene
• 
  Support the kitchen team during busy lunch and dinner services
• 
  Help with mise-en-place and daily kitchen organization
• 
  Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages on time
• 
  Follow HACCP and kitchen safety procedures
• 
  Contribute to a positive and professional team atmosphere

What we are looking for

  Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience in a similar kitchen role
• 
  Passion for cooking and working with fresh products
• 
  Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Team player with a proactive mindset
• 
  Organized, reliable, and stress-resistant
• 
  Flexible attitude towards working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 
  Good communication skills in English
