We’re seeking a Chef de Partie to bring energy, skill, and creativity to our evening à la carte service. This is your chance to take ownership of your section, craft memorable dishes and contribute to a team that thrives on excellence and innovation.

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take a hands-on role in delivering exceptional evening à la carte service at Coco’s. You’ll craft high-quality dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring each plate meets our standards for taste, presentation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead evening à la carte service at Coco’s, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and served on time
• Manage mise en place and supervise junior chefs in your section
• Maintain rigorous hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
• Assist with room service, buffet and larder preparations as required
• Collaborate on seasonal and creative menu development to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure smooth communication and teamwork across all kitchen sections

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications and previous hotel experience preferred
• Proven experience in à la carte evening service at a high-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Service-focused with excellent attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
