Salary: £28,567.45 per year (£14.60/hour)
Hours: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (some weekends)

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and team to maintain food quality and brand standards.
• Prepare dishes for military dining facilities and hospitality events.
• Ensure smooth operations with minimal wastage and high standards.
• Learn and develop through ongoing training and support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant culinary qualification and kitchen experience.
• Food safety certificate (or willingness to complete via e-learning).
• A great team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass DBS and security checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
• Reliable transport due to site location.
