We are seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at La Petite Maison in London, Mayfair. Located in this vibrant city, this role is vital in delivering our signature light and fresh French dishes that celebrate the region’s flavors. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to LPM’s recipes and standards.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Assist in the development of new menu items inspired by French Riviera cuisine.
Manage kitchen station operations efficiently.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Support training of junior kitchen staff.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent understanding of food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
Good communication skills and team spirit.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred.

LPM is first and foremost food-driven, and ingredient-led with fresh and light French Riviera-inspired cuisine. LPM’s simplicity is found in fresh Mediterranean produce, with dishes using artichokes, courgettes, lemons, olives, and tomatoes, alongside the freshest seafood, meat, and pasta.
