This Chef de Partie role is a great opportunity to join a calm, well-run kitchen where fresh food, preparation and consistency are genuinely valued. The focus here is on well-executed dishes, strong fundamentals and teamwork – not rushed volume for the sake of it.
You’ll be working in a structured kitchen environment that allows chefs to stay organised, deliver quality and take pride in their section. Ideal for a Chef de Partie who enjoys being hands-on, leading their area and contributing to a professional, supportive brigade.
Experienced in fresh food, quality-led kitchens
Confident running a section during busy services
