CHEF DE PARTIE, NORTH YORKSHIRE, COUNTRY HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, £32,000

ALL FRESH MENU, 40 HOUR WORKING WEEK, STRAIGHT SHIFTS

Our independent clients operate this High quality period hotel & restaurant in this quaint country village in North Yorkshire, commutable to Hawes, Leyburn & Settle & providing quality dining in their casual fine dining restaurant to a rosette level.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:

• Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here

• Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here

• Own transport would be ideal due to the rural location

• Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
