Job Description

What we're seeking:The restaurant's intimate, open design lends to a unique interactive culinary experience. As such, we're looking for a charismatic Chef de Cuisine who delights in engaging with guests and delivering exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience in fine dining;
  • A special focus on Mediterranean and coastal Italian cuisine;
  • Intimate knowledge and mastery of seafood; expertise in selecting, optimising and showcasing top quality ingredients;
  • The creativity and ability to create breath-taking plates, working with outstanding products;
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and direct a small, but mighty team, 
  • Extreme attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
