Lead the kitchen of one of Perth’s most iconic buffet dining destinations.

Crown Perth is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at Atrium Buffet Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee a large-scale, high-volume operation, driving exceptional food quality, team performance, guest satisfaction, and commercial results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Manage labour, food costs, and operational performance.
• Deliver innovative menu offerings and seasonal experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Partner with front-of-house leaders to create exceptional guest experiences.

About You

• Trade qualified chef with senior leadership experience.
• Proven success in high-volume restaurant, hotel, buffet, or banqueting environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and people leadership skills.
• Passionate about developing teams and delivering outstanding dining experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
