You should have experience in a kitchen environment; assuring the quality and presentation of food, scheduling, inventory and purchasing. You are proficient at and understand the importance of controlling food cost and labor to run a successful operation.

Job Requirement

You are self-drive with a strong work ethic and work well with minimum supervision. At least (3) years' experience managing a high-volume kitchen is a must.
