Job Description
We are recruiting a Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef for a spectacular luxury 5-star hotel in Amman to lead its flagship French restaurant.
This is a guest-facing leadership role for a charismatic, story-driven chef who can deliver authentic yet modern French cuisine and inspire a strong brigade.
French national is required for the role, you will lead a brigade of approx. 20 chefs.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
Proven Chef de Cuisine / strong Senior Sous experience in top-tier luxury hotels or acclaimed standalone French restaurants
Background from respected luxury brands and/or Michelin-calibre French concepts (Europe or major global hubs)
Strong, modern French culinary identity (authentic, refined, creative)
Guest-facing, confident presence: warm, engaging, visible on the floor, building loyalty
Excellent leadership: able to coach, inspire, and elevate an already strong team
High standards in consistency, discipline, and service execution in a high-visibility environment
