Job Description
An exciting new luxury branded opening is looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine.
The Chef de Cuisine will be an outlet culinary leader for the Mediterranean restaurant while also supporting the pool, Club lounge and Cacao Bar savoury offerings.
The candidate must have contemporary Mediterranean and modern European cooking skills, refined plating and the flexibility required for a luxury hotel opening.
GCC / Middle East experience would be an advantage.
