Our Chef de Cuisine's primary responsibilities are managing the back-of-house operations and supporting the rest of the kitchen management team. Daily duties include preparing and promoting our store's ready-to-eat foods while maintaining consistency in food quality; ensuring full stock levels in our deli cases; placing orders for product; and maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
