We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef / Cook (Arabic Cuisine) to join our team in bustling Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic Arabic dishes from various regions, demonstrating expertise in specific culinary traditions.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to recipes, and consistent quality control.
• Manage and motivate a kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain optimal hygiene and food safety practices throughout the kitchen.
• Implement and refine recipes, continuously striving for culinary innovation and improvement.
• Manage inventory effectively and control food costs within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Chef / Cook in an Arabic restaurant or catering service.
• In-depth knowledge of traditional Arabic cuisine and diverse cooking techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in key culinary skills including knife work, spice blending, grilling, stewing, and baking.
• Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate a kitchen team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards.
• Fluency in Arabic is a highly desirable asset.
