Our production department specializes in offering premium luxury in-flight catering of an exceptional high quality. Our team is dedicated to creating a unique experience to impress and cater to the most demanding clients. We deliver exceptional catering quality, first-class service and an exquisite selection of menu options.

• Independent cooking and preparation of Chinese first- , business- and economy class dishes
• Checking and inspecting the goods for correctness and quality
• Compliance with our hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
• Kitchen team supervision

Qualifications

• Professional experience with the preparation of traditional Chinese dishes at fine dining level
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine
• Ideally completed vocational training as a chef
• Service-oriented personality type and hands-on work approach
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Fluent German and/or English language skills
