The Demi Chef supports the Kitchen brigade in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes. Charlotte pass has various chef and cook roles available. Responsibilities include assisting with daily kitchen operations, maintaining food hygiene and presentation standards, managing ingredients, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. This role is ideal for a skilled cook looking to grow in a professional hotel environment.
Essential Functions
Prepare and cook dishes to hotel standards.
NOTE All Charlotte Pass Snow Resort employees are required to perform alternate functions from time to time, both within and outside of their assigned department, particularly during peak periods such as holiday weekends.

Work Environment
The position involves regular exposure to open flames and hot items, and the use of potentially hazardous sharp cutting utensils. Most work is performed indoors, but some occasional outdoor work, such as snow shoveling, may be required. Outdoor work is performed in all weather conditions, including extreme cold, snow, wind and rain, on varied snow surfaces.
