The Chef is responsible for assisting the ChefManager in all aspects of the Food Program for the Camp.
The Chef will ensure that all guidelines, relating to the NSLP, are adhered to, consistently as determined by the Chef ManagerStay current with USDA regulations and ensure menus and processes are in compliance at all times.

The work is performed primarily in a Cafeteria /Food Service establishment. Work is primarily “hands-on” during mealtimes Office work is completed before or after mealtimesThe noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud
