What We're Looking For

  • A strong culinary background with high standards

  • Solid HACCP and food hygiene knowledge

  • Attention to detail and consistency

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years' culinary experience in a similar setting

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or senior Commis ready to step up

  • Good command of English

  • Full permission to work in the EU

It is a rotisserie concept and the first of its kind, offering only the highest quality Irish produce.

All of our menus revolve around the rotisserie and we will open from breakfast to bedtime.
