Dans le cadre de son développement, notre magasin de grande distribution recherche un(e) Chef Boucher (H/F) pour piloter et développer son rayon boucherie traditionnelle.
Gérer et animer le rayon boucherie (chiffre d’affaires, marges, démarque)
Manager et former l’équipe boucherie
Garantir la qualité des produits, le respect des normes d’hygiène et de traçabilité
Assurer la mise en valeur du rayon (présentation, théâtralisation, attractivité)
Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les relations fournisseurs
Être force de proposition pour développer les ventes et la satisfaction client
Titulaire d’un CAP/BP Boucher (ou équivalent)
Expérience réussie en tant que Chef Boucher ou Second confirmé en grande distribution
Sens du commerce et du service client
Leadership, rigueur et autonomie
Passion pour le métier et les produits de qualité
CDI – Temps plein
