About the Role
We’re seeking a full-time Chef at our Mt Lofty care home. Reporting to the General Manager and Chef Manager, you’ll prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks, supervise kitchen staff, ensure a safe, hygienic and welcoming kitchen that supports resident wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

The Chef is a key member of the Hotel Services Team, preparing nutritious, resident-focused meals that support health and well-being. Working closely with the care team, they ensure meals meet individual dietary needs, maintain food safety standards, and contribute to a positive dining experience in a respectful, supportive environment.
