Preparing and cooking high-quality, seasonal dishes to an exceptional standard
Supporting menu development and creating exciting seasonal specials
Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards
Assisting with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Working closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service delivery
At least 2 years experience in a similar chef role
Relevant culinary qualifications
Passion for food, teamwork, and hospitality
Calm, reliable, and organised under pressure
Must drive and have own transport (location not accessible by public transport)
Competitive pay £17 per hour
