You are a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy kitchen and knows how to develop others. You love creating systems that work, food that is consistently excellent, and a back-of-house culture where people feel seen, supported, and inspired.
What You will Do
Drive kitchen operations with a focus on food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Prepare made-from-scratch soups and ensure all menu items meet our standards for taste, consistency, and presentation.
Support staffing, scheduling, and training to build a dependable, high-performing BOH team.
Partner with the management team to deliver strong results, manage costs, and uphold the spirit of Carolina Hospitality.
Lead by example to foster a kitchen culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and positivity.
Keep the kitchen organized and calm under pressure while coaching team members to meet high standards and grow in their roles.
Consistently maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in compliance with local health codes.
Turn guest feedback into action, ensure smooth service across all shifts, and bring energy and ownership to every day.
