Main responsibilities:
Deeply understand operation models of Douyin; leverage data analysis and negotiation skills to develop sales plans and target breakdown.
Formulate monthly sales plans, product assortment, and paid traffic strategies with regular reviews. Work withdistributorto produce high-quality short videos/creatives to improveQianchuanefficiency.
Proactively identify and maintain relationships with toplivestreamersMCNs; drive commission-based KOL collaborations.
Maintain good communication with platform operation managers to secure free traffic/resources; optimize Douyin mall to increase market share. Track brand 5A audience assets and collaborate with marketing & platform resources to accelerate A3→A4 conversion.
Manage sell-in/sell-out and inventory for corresponding channels; plan and control budgets, follow up on expense reconciliation, and allocate resources to achieve sales targets with full ownership.
About you:
Experience5Yearse-commerce operation experience, D2C channel and live streaming channel will be preference.
Skills: Goodat live streaming ecommerce operation, including but not limited to KOL developing, promotion negotiation and LS mechanism setting
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
Languages: Fluenent in English.
