About the job:
We are looking for a Customer MDM Architect with Delivery Management responsibilities to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our global Customer Master Data platform.
This role combines deep hands-on expertise in Informatica IDMC Customer 360 SaaS solution with strong delivery leadership capabilities You will be accountable for both:
Designing and governing the Customer MDM architecture
Orchestrating end-to-end agile delivery across countries, upstream/downstream systems, and stakeholders
Our technology stack is based on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Customer 360 SaaS) + Snowflake
You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, governed, scalable, and business-aligned customer master data capabilities that enable global growth and enhanced customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
1. MDM Architecture & Solution Design
Own and evolve the end-to-end Customer MDM architecture landscape
Design and implement scalable solutions using Informatica Customer 360 SaaS
· Drive the design and implementation of the MDM solution (Informatica SaaS MDM) which will be a key enabler for our global expansion and for enhancing customer experience.
Define and help maintain Customer data models, hierarchies, and reference data structures
Design ingress and egress mechanisms (batch and API-based integrations)
Define match & merge logic, survivorship rules, and performance optimization strategies
Ensure seamless integration between MDM, Snowflake, and upstream/downstream systems
Define data synchronization and replication mechanisms
Maintain master data dictionaries and metadata documentation
Define testing strategies (batch & real-time ingestion)
Monitor performance, scalability, and platform optimization
· Analyze existing data structures, systems, and processes to identify data management gaps and opportunities for improvement
· Maintain and document the end-to-end MDM landscape architecture, including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies (high-level + detail view)
2. Data Governance & Data Quality
Ensure alignment with enterprise Data Governance policies
Define and implement data quality rules and monitoring frameworks with the help of the DG team
Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and standardization
Implement and optimize match & merge strategies
Define KPIs to monitor data quality and governance effectiveness
Collaborate with Data Stewards, Domain Owners, and Governance bodies
Produce data quality dashboards and trend reports
Implement security and access controls for sensitive master data
3. Delivery Management & Agile Orchestration
Act as the Delivery Lead for the Customer MDM area:
Drive stakeholder alignment and business adoption across countries
Own scope, risks, dependencies, and issue management
Help orchestrate agile ceremonies and sprint execution
Prioritize and manage backlog (user stories, L3 tickets, enhancements)
Help ensure structured coordination between:
Upstream systems
Downstream applications
Data owners Business teams
Countries
Coordinate development, testing, cutover, hypercare, and knowledge transfer
Manage integration dependencies and cross-system impacts
Ensure structured documentation, RACI definition, and status reporting
Support onboarding, training materials, and change management activities
Resolve blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
4. Stakeholder Leadership & Communication
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and analyze business and technical requirements for Informatica Customer 360 SaaS implementations
Translate business needs into scalable MDM solutions
Support business case evolution and roadmap definition
Provide technical mentorship to team members
Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly
Drive adoption through structured communication and enablement
About you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management with 3+ years of Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS solution, with at least +3 years managing teams and delivering successful MDM implementations
Proven experience with:
Informatica IDMC Customer 360 SaaS / Multidomain MDM
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
Informatica Reference 360 (strong plus)
Strong experience integrating MDM with Snowflake or enterprise DWH platforms
Deep understanding of:
Customer data models
Match & Merge strategies
Data governance frameworks
Data quality methodologies
Experience in defining and implementing MDM solution architectures
Strong knowledge of batch and API-based integration patterns
Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools (plus)
Experience leading agile delivery in complex, multi-country environments
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Certifications in Informatica MDM (Developer / Administrator) are a plus.
