We are seeking a Luxury Driver to join our team. Ideal candidates will be service-oriented, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, team players, motivated, energetic, car enthusiasts, and interested in full-time employment.
The Luxury Driver is responsible for providing discreet, professional, and courteous transportation services for high-profile residents. This role emphasizes safety, confidentiality, and superior service standards that align with our luxury brand and hospitality excellence. We are looking for individuals with a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a readiness to contribute.
Responsibilities:
• Safely and smoothly operate luxury vehicles (Cadillacs) to deliver a first-class experience for each passenger.
• Professionally greet residents, open doors, assist with luggage, and attend to personalized service details.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Monitor traffic and plan routes to ensure punctual arrivals and departures, minimizing delays.
• Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, assistants, and clients to confirm schedules and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure or in changing circumstances.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and incident reports as required.
• Be knowledgeable about local attractions, fine dining options, and VIP destinations in the area to assist or recommend to residents when appropriate.
• Uphold the company’s or brand’s image through the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Provide support for valet services operations when necessary.
The schedule for this position is: Wednesday to Sunday 3 PM - 11PM
Qualifications
One year of experience driving luxury vehicles or limousines (preferred).
Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
Be punctual and reliable.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Valid Florida Driver’s License.
Clean driving record.
Ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles (preferred).
Ability to drive, run and stand for extended periods.
