Job Description

Midland Transport est actuellement à la recherche d’un chauffeur classe 1 (cueillette et livraison) pour notre terminal de Québec, QC Le candidat retenu sera une personne autonome, dotée d’une forte éthique de travail et d’une attitude positive axée sur le «je peux le faire».

Le candidat retenu sera responsable des livraisons et des ramassages sur la route. Ce poste exige la capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique tout en assurant des opérations sécuritaires, un service ponctuel et une coordination efficace.

Quart de travail :
• Lundi au vendredi (11 h – 20 h 30)
• Lundi au vendredi (13 h – 22 h 30)

• Formation requise : diplôme d’études secondaires minimum
• Permis de conduire classe 1 requis
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en conduite commerciale
• Dossier de conduite et vérification des antécédents impeccables
• Fort engagement envers la sécurité dans un environnement de travail dynamique
• Capacité à collaborer positivement avec les autres afin d’atteindre des objectifs communs

• Offrir un service efficace, fiable et professionnel aux clients
• Manipuler des marchandises de poids varié et utiliser de l’équipement de manutention
• Traiter les dossiers quotidiens de cueillette et de livraison
• Planifier les activités en fonction des volumes d’expédition quotidiens et de la demande des clients
• Conduire, utiliser l’équipement et exécuter les tâches conformément aux règlements de sécurité, au code de la route et aux politiques de l’entreprise
