About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chatter Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality of communications within our platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in moderation, ideally from platforms like TikTok, and will be responsible for monitoring chat activities to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and established best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor chatter interactions during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
• Ensure Creator Branding is consistently followed in all communications.
• Track compliance with the Chatting Course guidelines, identifying any deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Provide direct feedback to chatters regarding violations of platform guidelines and Creator Branding in group settings.
• Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets for deviations related to the Chatting Course.
• Collaborate with the Chat Trainer to address training gaps and ensure chatters are adequately equipped to meet quality standards.
• Report on overall quality performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a moderation or quality control role, preferably on platforms like TikTok or other similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for providing clear, constructive feedback.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other tracking tools for quality monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with content creators or similar platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with platform guidelines and branding requirements.
• Training or coaching experience is an advantage.
