  Problem-Solving Skills:
  Able to think on your feet to resolve customer issues promptly.
• 
  Experience:
  Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support is required.
• 
  System Familiarity:
  Experience with Live Chat Software (e.g., Intercom, Drift, Zendesk Chat), Knowledge Base/FAQ Systems, CRM Tools, Ticket Management Systems, Collaborative Whiteboards is a plus, but not necessary.
