Job Description

As an Outgoing Operator, you will work with a fresh and active client database, focusing on reconnecting with clients and increasing their deposit activity.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients via phone and messengers

• Re-engage inactive clients and bring them back to activity

• Work with pre-VIP clients and increase their deposit volume

• Build strong, long-term client relationships

• Increase client loyalty and overall retention performance

• Achieve personal and team targets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retention and outbound client communications (especially calls) is an advantage

• Genuine interest in communicating with people and providing quality support

• Ability to naturally connect with clients and build long-term trust

• Strong problem-solving skills, confidence in making decisions, and analytical abilities are highly valued

• Interest in understanding client needs, behavior, and motivations

• Positive attitude, motivation to learn, and willingness to grow professionally
