Chaska Heights Senior Living is located one mile north of Highway 212 off of Highway 41 in Chaska, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 136-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: PART TIME, can be adjusted.
Week 1: Tues: 9am-3pm, Wed: 9am-2pm, Thurs: 1pm-6pm, Fri: OFF, Sat: 9:30am-2:30pm
Week 2: Tues: 9am-3pm, Wed: 9am-2pm, Thurs: 2pm-6pm, Fri: 9am-12pm, Sat: OFF
Wage: $17.50-$22.50/HR

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:
Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
