If you are a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of business operations, people leadership, and organizational execution — this is the role for you. At JPMorgan Chase, we are committed to building a best-in-class Home Lending organization, and the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) function is at the heart of making that happen.
As the Business Manager (Chief of Staff) within the Chief Administrative Office in Home Lending, you will establish the business management function for the Home Lending Chief Administrative Office and partner with the CAO to promote operational excellence, lead key initiatives and shape our team’s engagement, culture and narrative. You will connect strategy to execution, align cross-functional priorities, maintain cross departmental relationships to ensure the business runs efficiently, strategically, and ensure our team operates with clarity, consistency and accountability. Your work will directly influence the direction, performance, and culture of Home Lending at scale.
The Business Manager needs to have robust business and functional acumen. You must understand how the business works, the strategy, the vision and how all the functions across the organization come together to achieve those goals.
