Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage
financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business
decision-making within a fast-paced construction/real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage
  project costing, budgeting, and financial planning
• 
  Prepare
  accurate financial statements and reports
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations
• 
  Oversee
  audits, financial controls, and internal compliance processes
• 
  Monitor
  cash flow, expenses, and cost optimization
• 
  Coordinate
  with internal stakeholders on financial performance
• 
  Maintain
  and improve financial systems and reporting processes

Requirements

• 
  CA
  / ACCA / CPA qualification (mandatory)

Experience Required

• 
  Minimum
  3+ years of relevant UAE experience (preferred)
• 
  Prior
  experience in contracting, construction, or real estate industry

Skills Required

• 
  Strong
  financial reporting and analysis skills
• 
  Expertise
  in project costing and budgeting
• 
  Knowledge
  of UAE VAT and corporate tax
• 
  Proficiency
  in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software
• 
  Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills
• 
  Leadership
  and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• 
  Experience
  in large-scale project environments
• 
  Audit
  handling and financial compliance expertise
