To independently deliver accurate, timely and high-quality CP-Audit and CP-Draw services by combining established CP-Desk expertise and traditional vetting and drafting techniques with AI-enabled tools.
Qualification:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Work Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Charter Party processing, vetting, drafting, chartering operations or a closely related maritime commercial operations function.
Skill & Knowledge : Charter Party Expertise: Strong knowledge of Charter Parties, recaps, riders, amendments and related contractual terminology, with the ability to interpret and apply CP terms accurately.

Daily Productivity Independently delivers a daily target of minimum 3 CP-Audits and 3 CP-Draws or equivalent, using a combination of AI-assisted tools and traditional CP vetting and drafting techniques while maintaining accuracy and turnaround expectations.

Training and development
Cross train employees in various styles of CPs to ensure smooth flow of work to cover leaves and absenteeisms.

Strategic Account Management Independently manages a minimum of two strategic accounts, taking ownership of their CP requirements, priorities, quality, turnaround times and customer-specific processes.

AI Utilisation & Process Improvement Demonstrates the ability to work effectively around AI models, identify their limitations and provide practical feedback to improve prompts, workflows and outputs. Proactively identifies opportunities for process optimisation, automation and efficiency gains within CP-Desk operations
