
Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs)!
Join our team and support children and families throughout the Charlottesville, VA area. We're currently hiring for afternoon and early evening cases in Charlottesville and surrounding communities.
Choose the community you'd like to serve, and we'll work with your availability to build a caseload that fits your schedule. As additional hours become available, there may also be opportunities to grow into a full-time daytime schedule.
We're committed to supporting you both personally and professionally, whether you're completely new to ABA or already have experience working with children or in healthcare.
You don't need to be an RBT to get started. We provide the training and support you need to build your skills and grow in the field:

Our current need is primarily for afternoon and early evening availability, but part-time team members may have opportunities to transition into full-time schedules as additional hours become available.
Full-time employees may also become eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable. Reasonable accommodations may be made in accordance with Connect n Care ABA policy and applicable law.
