Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate effectively with other team members, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Charlotte Tilbury product line, offering personalized advice and tutorials to customers.
• Uphold the highest standards of grooming, presentation, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• A strong passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in makeup and skincare.
• Previous experience in retail or beauty advisory roles is highly desirable.
