You will use your deep knowledge of beauty and skincare to provide tailored advice that meets the unique needs of each customer, whether they are dropping by for a quick visit or looking for a complete makeover. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork, creativity, and passion are key to success.

Requirements

Your Role:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, making every customer feel beautiful and valued.
• Demonstrate and apply products to customers, ensuring they leave with a memorable and engaging experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Stay informed about new product launches and engage with customers about beauty trends and tips.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and energetic store atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in beauty retail or as a makeup artist is preferred.
• Strong passion for the beauty industry, particularly for the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to customer needs.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
