Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by applying your expertise in makeup artistry and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through effective customer engagement, building relationships, and inspiring clients with your passion for beauty.
• Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Be a brand ambassador, representing Charlotte Tilbury with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and industry insights to inform customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a beauty or luxury retail environment is preferred.
• Passion for makeup and skincare, with an understanding of beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieving sales objectives while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
