As a Charging System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and validation of charging systems and related subsystems, ensuring they meet product and business requirements for performance, safety, reliability, and manufacturability. This role sits within the E&ES organization and works closely with electrical, mechanical, software, systems, and supplier teams throughout the full product development lifecycle to translate requirements into high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities / 关键职责

• Design, develop, and continuously optimize charging systems and related components, supporting the full product development process from concept to mass production.
  设计、开发并持续优化 充电系统及相关部件，支持从概念到量产的完整产品开发流程。
• Translate system and functional requirements into detailed design specifications, interface definitions, and engineering documentation.
  将系统和功能需求转化为详细的设计规格、接口定义和工程文档。
• Participate in prototype builds, system integration, testing, and performance analysis, and support issue investigation and improvement.
  参与原型构建、系统集成、测试与性能分析，支持问题定位与改进。
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, electrical, software, manufacturing, quality, etc.) to drive design reviews and technical decisions.
  与跨职能团队（系统、电气、软件、制造、质量等）协作，推动设计评审和技术决策。
• Support supplier technical evaluations, component selection, and performance validation.
  支持供应商技术评估、部件选型及性能验证。
• Contribute to cost, manufacturability, and reliability assessments to ensure design solutions align with business objectives.
  参与成本、可制造性和可靠性评估，确保设计方案符合业务目标。
• Create and maintain design descriptions, test reports, and related technical documentation.
  编写和维护设计说明、测试报告及相关技术文档。
• Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends related to charging and electrical systems, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills / 必备技能

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field).
  工程类相关专业本科及以上学历（电气工程、电子工程、机电一体化或相关方向）。
• Product design and development capability Ability to complete design, validation, and problem-solving in line with engineering processes.

• Technical analysis and problem-solving skills Demonstrated structured analytical and systems-thinking capability.

Professional Skills / 专业技能

• Experience in developing charging systems, electrical systems, or new energy related products.
  具备充电系统、电气系统或新能源相关产品开发经验。

• Familiarity with electrical system architecture, interface definition, or system-level testing.
  熟悉电气系统架构、接口定义或系统级测试。
• Experience in prototype development, system integration, or reliability validation.
  具备原型开发、系统集成或可靠性验证经验。
• Experience working with suppliers or on cross-regional projects.
  有供应商协同或跨区域项目合作经验。
• Knowledge of quality, continuous improvement, or cost control methodologies.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
