Job Overview


The Charging Station Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of EV charging stations. This role works closely with V-Green, authorized partners, and vendors to manage daily technical issues, optimize charging performance, and ensure high service quality. The position also plays a key role in data analysis, cost control, and maintenance planning, contributing to the overall reliability and scalability of the charging network.


Job Description


  • Collaborate with V-Green, authorized partners, and vendors to classify and handle daily incidents or upgrade charging stations; ensure repair timelines are met (within defined SLAs) and control repair quality (accurate fault identification, correct replacement of defective parts, etc.).

  • Analyze charging station data, including charging performance and maintenance status/demand; categorize monthly maintenance activities; evaluate maintenance progress and results delivered by authorized partners.

  • Supervise, inspect, audit, and manage repair, warranty, and periodic maintenance activities in accordance with plans for authorized partners/vendors.

  • Reconcile costs with authorized partners and submit monthly payment requests to V-Green.

  • Manage and propose spare parts lists; coordinate and allocate components to authorized partners.

  • Collect market data and prepare periodic reports for management.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor in line with professional direction; participate in projects or special task forces when required.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.

  • 5–7 years of experience in operation and maintenance of EV charging stations, including 2–3 years in a managerial role. Preference for candidates with experience at charging station manufacturers or companies specializing in installation, repair, and maintenance of charging systems.

  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic systems, technical warranty processes, and electrical/electronic equipment used in charging stations.

  • Project management, technical training, and cross-regional coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Fluent in English.
